		<description>John, exactly.  It&#039;s this kind of tinkering with the economy that creates a false structure which then causes more problems.  Better to spend the money on things that are actually needed.

Better hurry, it won&#039;t last long.  It&#039;s a form of price support.  Within a fortnight the minimum price for a used car will be 2K.  Inflation will ensue and instead of the desired effects of removing old cars from the road and propping up the auto industry, you accellerate inflation instead.  Global recession compounded by hyperinflation, Brilliant!
